Waht age is 'adult' on multivitamin bottles?

im almost 14 1/2. would i be considered as 'adult' on a centrum multivitamin bottle? are they chewable? im not so great with swallow!Waht age is 'adult' on multivitamin bottles?
If you are worried more or less taking multi-vitamins that arent for a 14 year old but you know you call for to, I HIGHLY suggest Flintstone's (and they are chewable).
I am 21 and I have be having Flintstone's vitamins since I be a toddler. I told my doctor at my last check up because he asked if I be taking vitamins, and instead of looking at me like I be a child, he smiled saying that they be one of the best ones anyway. I forget what he said about the "adult" vitamins, but it wasnt angelic.
If you have doubts, ask your family connections doctor. You can call up the doctor's department and just see if you can discuss to someone (even a nurse) for a quick grill.
centrum? isnt that for like mature people?
