Weight loss during the darkness?

Hello everybody, I have a quiz. I am about 5'8" and counterbalance app. 130 lb. Actually I don't know what to say more or less how much I weigh. In the morning, when I weigh myself before breakfast or shower or anything, I counterbalance around 125 lb. By the end of the sunshine, I weigh sometimes as much as 137 lb. What is going on? I know that it is normal for you to lose some solidity during the night, but 10+ lbs? Is that typical?Weight loss during the darkness?
It's normal to loose substance at night, and gain substance durring the day, but usually it vary from 2-6 pounds. If you're gaining 10, you might want to ask your doc.
poop previously you get on the size, and buy a new scramble.
water
don't no !
your go up can be wrong
weighing yourself on two different scales can be a problem too.
I hope it's normal- because my substance fluctuates like that too. That seem a little low for 5'8 though.
the best time to weigh is first piece in the morning. During the light of day you are eating and drinking and retaining brackish.
Does this happen every daytime? It could be when you weigh during the day you hold just eat or drank something. I know that it takes a few days for true freight gain to show but if you eat a huge dinner it's going to show up as extra counterweight on the scale right later just because the dinner itself have weight. A better passageway to explain that is if you swallow a 5lb rock (just an example nation!!) you will be 5 lbs heavier right then.
you don't really lose cargo during the night. you burn some calories and since most ethnic group wake up, turn to the bathroom and then weigh themselves that is to say when you are at your lowest weight. it is inbred for your weight to fluctuate throughout the hours of daylight though. especially if you have a fighting fit appetite.
