How can i figure out something like how many points that I am allowed to munch through in a definite day?Weight Watchers?
It's base on your weight:
>150 pounds 20 points
150-174 22pts
175-199 24pts
200-224 26 pts
225-249 28 pts
and so on.
Plus you attain 35 "flexpoints" in totting up to spread out throughout the week.
usually its about 22-25 but if you really want to loose freight eat smaller quantity
You can eat how ever much you want but you a moment ago need to label sure that you maintain a nourishing weight and that you chomp through healthily and that you excercise.

It depends on your current substance. Somewhere in your intro books, in attendance is a chart....if you weigh.....you can eat .....points a daylight. If you are following the flex pts plan, you also get 35 bonus to spread throughout the week. Regular points don't take over...if you don't use them in soon, you lose them!
