This website really has plentifully of information about cargo watchers and is free. i am currently on weight watchers and am jsut going by this website.
Your best bet would dance onto the WW website. Points are calculated to weight collection primarily.
I figured mine out by using ETools on the website. If you enjoy the monthly pass next to WW, you can sign up for ETools for free. On there, you can set your diet plan, do your food diary & leisure diary. It is super easy and I suggest trying it if you haven't already.
Good Luck!
