Well I enjoy a getting hold of mass problem.. Can anyone let somebody know me how to gain substance, brisk?
It's weird but I have the same problem, trying to gain substance. Always being call anorexic because I was slim. I did not want to drink junk food as I know it was sick so I seeked out healthy foods such as avocados and nuts. I am still slim but I know I put away well and am not concerned anymore, it be others that had the problem not me. I widely read that my body size was lately me and excepted it. If you eat in good health except your body if not speak beside your doctor or pharmacist they can recommend weight achievement alternatives. GL =)

EAT FOODS WITH HIGH CALORIES
16oz cup of carnation instant breakfast 3-4 times a day next to well on the edge lunch and dinner. Weight train at least 3 times a week can abet too. They're both working for me.
You have to do it strong!! Eat WELL balanced meal and I mean WELL!! But dont scarf down fatty foods..it'll a moment ago make you sick!!
