Weight Problems?

I am 13 goin on 14 and I am 102 pounds, I really want to be 95 pounds. I am 5.2. I don't have much extra excess weight, a bit on my stomach and my legs could use a little bit of work, but not too much. Would it be thriving to lose? I REALLY want a fabulous bikini body! I exercise a considerable ammount (but it's not intense) and eat pretty resourcefully, I do tennis for 2 hours Mon, Wens, Thurs, and on Tues. and Thurs. I do volleyball for 1 hour. What should I do? How many calories should I consume to lose freight and Do u have any stretches for ur tummy and legs?!!Weight Problems?
i wouldnt verbs about losing consignment but toning muscle. try doing abdominal excercises and isolating those muscles. then for your legs do some lunges, squats, and leg lift. weight mostly doesnt affect how you will look more muscle tone and to me it doesnt sound close to you need to lose solidity just tone up what you hold.

you have to find calorie/fitness calculator on the lattice, enter all your stats and it will make clear to you how many calories a year you need to assert your weight. embezzle 300-400calories off that number and thats how much you entail to lose weight the glowing way.
8 specs of water a afternoon
5-8 servings of fruits and veggies a day
portion control - 5-6small meal a day instead of 3 big ones
cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, fluffy weight training
sounds resembling you're doing everything right. quit stressing.
You are already at a perfect counterbalance for your size. Maybe even a little too pallid for your height.
i am a 17 year old-fashioned male, and i am 5 foot 2 inches and i weigh within at 120.. i don't think you enjoy any thing to verbs about... if you can't lose the counterbalance (and you have tried) next you probably don't need to.
