sometime when i go jog and i make for a while turn in my movement my ankle will start to hurt and when i do push up my wrist will start to hurt.
how can i strenthen them.Weak ankles and wrist?

I'm not too sure about the ankles, I don`t know calf raises. I be a gymnast when I was younger and to strengthen our wrists they made us tie bricks or weights to a broom stick and freshly alternate curling your wrists until the string is wound around the broom stick then run the opposite process.
