2 for breakfast the protein is really accurate for you and it's like 160 calories and 2 carbs..
Special K cereal beside non fat milk is also completely good.
slimfast shakes optima is supposed to control cravings.
banana, apple, ginger, and a glass of nonfat milk.

Grape-nuts next to low-fat milk and banana. Filling, good source of iron and calcium.

Smoothies! Get some fresh fruit and freeze it. Grab a bottle of the most appealing vitamin protien powder purely to make it a complete buffet. Get some ice, a touch plain or flavored yogurt throw it in a blender and drink it on the approach to school. :)
