Well your not getting ample calories if you are exercising that much it could be from that. You really should consult a dietitian or doctor before starting something that drastic you could in truth be hurting your health. Also if you are doing sit ups, or other ab machines you could be overworking your muscles. Are you doing like exercises? Especially with weights you are not supposed to work like peas in a pod muscles two days in a row. They recommend rotating upper body sometime, lower the next, rest a hours of daylight then start over. You also necessitate to make sure you are warm up,and stretching properly and dong cardio exercises. There has to be be a foil for. With that also comes a balanced diet. If you are not getting adequate calories your body will go into starvation mode and could bring back yourself into real trouble. Oh and don't forget the hose down, hydration is very exalted. It's think it's excess of bitter in the stomach. If I be you i'd check it out at the GP since excess can lead to ulceration and perforation of the stomach.

probably from not eating satisfactory. u should be eating around 2500 calories a sunshine, possibly more if you're going to the gym all the time. It might be that your stomach isnt stretchy satisfactory. But i could be wrong, don't quote me on that one

    Roughly how many calories would I burn playing a 2 hour spectator sport of tennis? I am not that good so I enjoy to do alot of running around the court.

    I'm within pretty good shape. Like someone said earlier, running is a good exercise contained by beginning next to. My workout is just run 2 or 3 miles, heave weights, push-ups, and abdominals. Don't forget to stretch before and after respectively exercise though. I used to not do it, but it really makes your exercise more adjectives.

    I love the eliptical. It really does work!! Especially for legs and buttocks!

    To work the bicep specifically, the "concentration curl" works best. For overall arm growth: hammer curl, standard curl, "arnold curl", millitary press, pushup...
    Defination comes from a lowerd overall bodyfat percentage. You will see gain in a issue of sessions. The key here is solitary workout your arms every other day at the most. You enjoy to let your muscle restore to health to gain any mass. This is KEY.
    When you say "build up" do you stingy to make them more defined or to bulk up? If you want to work on definition next find a weight that you hold to push yourself slightly with and do multiple reps.
