Roughly how many calories would I burn playing a 2 hour spectator sport of tennis? I am not that good so I enjoy to do alot of running around the court.
And Does the weather have an influence over the amount of calories you burn? eg In summer you sweat more so does this penny-pinching you burn more calories than in winter?
Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thank youTwo workout question going on for burning calories?
I would think that tennis burns 300-400 calories per hour. As for the heat, your body expends more energy within the hot weather because it has to cool you stale, too (so you burn more calories in the heat). See the calculator below for the calories burned by other deeds. Good luck!

close to 700cals
1484. weather doesn't matter.... Make sure you guzzle a lot that light of day. You need to hold at least 1200 cal a light of day to be healthy and if you burn that several you are only going away 284 cals for your body to eat on.
the weather isn't going to trade name a big impact on how many kcal's you burn...excluding all that sweating is going to shorten how long you stay and play. I used to know a website that estimated kcal burned for plentiful types of activities, but can't remember...you can probably find it if you try some creative inquiring.
That would fully depend on how intense you are playing the game of tennis as all right as what you working heart rate is. Weather would if it was hot out more sweating more vigour is needed to complete your sport or whatever. Sweat alone no. Its around intensity.
