Im on a diet noww A HEALTHY ONE I eat 1300 Calories a dayy and O walk to the gym 6 times a week for 40 mins a day...But I hold a quessttionn, EVERY time i eatt my sides of my stomach start hurtingg..I dont eat until im full, I EAT UNTIL IM HALF FULL..SOO WHAT IS THAT FROMM???????????UMMM it hurttsss WHAT IS IT????????
Well your not getting ample calories if you are exercising that much it could be from that. You really should consult a dietitian or doctor before starting something that drastic you could in truth be hurting your health. Also if you are doing sit ups, or other ab machines you could be overworking your muscles. Are you doing like exercises? Especially with weights you are not supposed to work like peas in a pod muscles two days in a row. They recommend rotating upper body sometime, lower the next, rest a hours of daylight then start over. You also necessitate to make sure you are warm up,and stretching properly and dong cardio exercises. There has to be be a foil for. With that also comes a balanced diet. If you are not getting adequate calories your body will go into starvation mode and could bring back yourself into real trouble. Oh and don't forget the hose down, hydration is very exalted. Could your abs be sore from working out? What are you consumption?
It's think it's excess of bitter in the stomach. If I be you i'd check it out at the GP since excess can lead to ulceration and perforation of the stomach.
Also try drinking milk which will neutralise the acerbic.
probably from not eating satisfactory. u should be eating around 2500 calories a sunshine, possibly more if you're going to the gym all the time. It might be that your stomach isnt stretchy satisfactory. But i could be wrong, don't quote me on that one
