Tell me some foods that will not cause me podginess?
Fruits and vegetables are always a pious choice and you can eat as much of them as you want. Beans, low-fat dairy, rice cake, whole grain, fiber and lean meats are upright as well.
Just stay away from oil, white flour, sugar and alcohol.

veggies without dip, fruit, baked chicken, baked pork, don't get through anything fried or barbequed.

I cant name so tons. But Cucumber, Pea nut and other Normal Vegetables, Fish, Juices are safe.
