The affects of caffiene on achievement muscle mass?

I was involved surrounded by an accident and have a spinal injury. I am not in a wheelchair but my right side be affected. I lost a moment or two muscle mass on the right side, I am presently trying to gain some or all of it support. I drink 2-4 cups in the morning 2-3 times a week.
I hold heard and read so much on this and it seem the answer is unclear. Some sights articulate yes, some say no. Its confusing. Does caffiene own a negative affect on muscles?The affects of caffiene on achievement muscle mass?
The biggest reason in that is no clear answer, is probably because there is no solid effect. If there is, its minimal, but truthfully, even medical researchers can't agree on an answer, and when they do, they usually closing up changing their mind next anyway. Back in 70's they said coffee cause cancer, and now they've proven it hasn't. Sorry, I know nil I just said probably help.
Okay, have you ever hear of the saying"Everything in moderation"?
It's one of those, the item about studies is if you study them you will know how to find evidence that will prove both sides are in the know. It is unsophisticatedly what you interpet them to be.
If you take contained by a moderate amount then it wouldn't enjoy a negative affect. However everyone's interpetation of moderate is different. If it's class of confusing then I probably did equal thing as adjectives the websites that you have be searching at.
Just maintain in mind the axiom in the begining and it should assist.
