Whether it's breakfast or dinner:
An eggbeaters omlet with sauteed onions and mushrooms next to two slices of whole wheat toast beside spray butter! Yummmmmm!
Also,
- tuna with oil lamp Miracle Whip in a undamaged wheat wrap
- cottage cheese with crushed pineapples
- a together wheat wrap used as a pizza crust, topped with a tbsp of spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and hurricane lantern cheese
- chicken breast with a BIG pile of broccoli
I love fruit, vegtables, yogurt, salad, and anything near chicken.
If I'm cooking just for me (or even if not) I buy a chicken and roast it contained by the oven with lots of herb and garlic. I pair that beside loads of veggies and maybe a sweet potato. So pungent, healthy and padding!
