You do not want to lose weight. Your consignment is healthy and middle-of-the-road. Feeling fat is of late that- a feeling. If you quality flabby then exercise. Join an after-school sports program or move about running with a friend. You can't sit around for six hours surrounded by school and later go home and keep under surveillance TV and expect to be fit and healthy. Good luck.

I hold found that "fad" diets are unhealthy. Use what works best for you, i.e. (I cut out obese and walk 3 miles (one hour) on a daily basis. Your weight VS loftiness does not sound doomed to failure. Hang in in attendance. You can do it!
