i really want to lose 10 lbs and i'm thinking about doing a low calorie diet (none of the others enjoy seemed to work for me!) but i'm not sure how several calories i should be taking in...i workout in the order of 4 times a week...help!!The best approach to lose 10 lbs??
Continue to work out. Do both cardio and weights. Eat fresh fruit and veggies. Try to cut final on carbs. Drink water!
