Tips on ab workout???? read details?

I heard that nation with some grease on their belly will not get biddable results if they do ab workouts because their fat is covering their ab muscles. I want to know if this would take place to me, Im 16 years old 5'5 and 140 lbs, if i start working out my abs, will i see any results??Tips on ab workout???? read details?
I'm within pretty good shape. Like someone said earlier, running is a good exercise contained by beginning next to. My workout is just run 2 or 3 miles, heave weights, push-ups, and abdominals. Don't forget to stretch before and after respectively exercise though. I used to not do it, but it really makes your exercise more adjectives.
duuuuuuuuuuu yes.
It is really hatrd to judge your fitness and the amount of grease you have next to just your height/weight. Whether you own extra fat or not, you'll see (and feel) some results, but doing cardio workouts, approaching running, along with your ab workout will remove overweight and make your progress stand out deeply more.
