Still like peas in a pod?

About a month ago I decided to start running again and started to keep under surveillance what I eat. I hold stuck with it so far and run everyday for over an hour and erect weights and do crunches. My clothes are much more loose and I feel and look better but I haven't lost a pound. Why not?Still like peas in a pod?
Okay, so you havent lost a pound - thats because you are loing round and gaining muscle - muscle weigh more than fat, so its singular natural not to lose actual weightiness.
Clothes are loose, you feel better, you look better - you are toning up, sliming down. If you have a feeling good around yourself, thats all that really matter.
Congrads and keep up the worthy work.
If you increase your weights that you lift, you will gain counterweight with a angelic diet. Aim for 10 to 12 repetitions. The crunches are good and will attach healthy cargo. You need oxygen to shrink your podginess content. You don't lose fat cell, you shrink them. This is better than losing weight. You are becoming more lean, more muscle and smaller amount fat.
You are getting hold of muscle as you're losing fat. Muscle weigh more than fat. Don't verbs so much about the number immensity.
because all that benching is making you gain muscle it happen to me too like right immediately since the lacrosse started i have to workout again so i gain muscle on my arms and legs but if you stop for a long time your muscles become wishy-washy so stay consistent if you decide to appropriate things slower and its better to only work out 3 to 4 times a week for singular a half an hour to an hour
incentive you're building muscle. Muscle weights more than fat
