How is it even possible to lose weight. If we inevitability around 2000 calories daily, How is it possible to burn more later what we eat? Only a impressive runner can burn 2000 calories daily.Too lose mass, if you are supposed to burn more calories afterwards you pocket within...?
Because exercise boosts your metabolism through your afternoon. So you burn calories all morning. It's not about what some gadget tells you you're doing. Besides if you burn 2000 calories doing exercise, what something like the rest of your day when your heart is still pumping and your body still spending fuel? If you did that you'd lose cargo very efficient and not be able to profess it. You'd die I suppose.
So, again, during the day you burn calories, your heart beat, you move about, every movement burns calories. This is your metabolism. Exercise boosts it and make it work better. That's how the numbers add up. Hope this help.
