IS it true if you do the same exercise and routine everyday 6 times a week your body will stop burning overweight????????THiS is CONFUSING???
Put it another way, if you stop doing that exercise indistinguishable everyday you will start to gain the fat support. To loose more you need to increase your horizontal of exercise or the amount of it. If your happy near the level of act you've got stick at it. Don't changeover it. Good luck.
You need to step up how much you work out and do different excercises to save burning fat and calories, otherwise your body get use to it and is not as challenged as much

Well no but you should try to money ur work out slightly each week so your body can develop surrounded by other places not just where on earth the work out is targeting
yes your body adapt to an exercise after doing it for only 3 weeks you hold to change every three weeks if you are an intermeidiate exerciser if you are advanced i would recommend varying things up every week or 2
