I havent worked out for so long and i do have trouble doing push-ups sometimes. i want to jump out for RB next year so i necessitate to get strong swiftly. i have almost 4 or 5 months before i would want to bring back there. what can i do to obtain stonger, faster and tougher and no im not gonna use steroidsStrength and speed?
push ups are bad for your vertebrae and they are over rated..
of late light weights and do this regularly rather consequently a lot of cargo and your are grunting like an animal..walk for strenth training and do a lot of reps....of lighter mass because you won't give up as efficient when you get bored beside exercise.
join the military..they will thrash you in shape surrounded by a few weeks...and it won't be bad to drink a better too
yea like the other guy said.. lots of speed weights. do something you can do a right 25 reps with on anything and do them duly fast. this will oblige your speed, help you gain for a moment weight, etc. drop rope is really great too. it helps your speed, hand/eye coordination, verticle. work on your 40 time too.
americanrunning.org have a 12 wk. program to get you started if it's be a long time since you're worked-out. Try doing modified push-ups (off your knees) with a straight posterior and do them as fast as you can. Start at one set of 5 reps. Do them everyother sunshine. Add a couple each time until you hit 50. Don't exceed 50 or you'll achieve bored with them.
Try training beside free-weights or machines. Free-weights are better for overall strength because you have to use supporting muscles for symmetry.
