Thunder thighs to the rescue!!! BUM BUM BUUUUUMMM!?

The only quantity of my body that I really hate is my thighs! I desperately want to firm them up, especially the back and sides of them and my butt. What are the best exercises for the backs of the upper thighs and your booty? HELP!Thunder thighs to the rescue!!! BUM BUM BUUUUUMMM!?
LOL...LOL.....I SYMPATHIZE....MY BATTLE TOO.....TRY EXERCISE BIKE, HELPS ALOT...WALKING OR RUNNING IS ALSO VERY HELPFUL. ONE EXERCISE THAT HELPS OUTTER THIGHS IS JUST BASIC BENDING OF KNEES FROM STANDING AND PRESSING OR SQUATTING DOWN SLOWLY.....HARD TO DESCRIBE...KELLY ON REGIS DEMONSTRATED ONCE LONG AGO AND IS GOOD FOR THIGHS AND BOOTY....GOOD LUCK
