it really depends on how much muscle mass you hold. the more muscle mass the less hose weight you will lose from the let-up in muscle glycogen stores. for most 5-10 lbs, which you will regain once you start drinking normally again...
That depends on what the gooey is.. Pure sugar water... probably nought... Pure carrot or celery, (etc.) maybe 5 lbs or more.. depending on marine weight, BMI, Metabolism.. etc. I work contained by the heathcare field, and I've see patients on a liquid diet that do not lose anything due to sugars, and proteins. And I've see some lost 10 lbs. It really depends on what you drink, your very own fitness rank, diet, and other related factors. I would NOT recommend this. Unless noted otherwise for vigour reasons by your Phys. But, you will do what you want. Good luck.
